Your bodies are called the body electric. You are generators of light and sound, called Lightworkers. All Stones work directly with the body electric, they bypass the astral (emotions)) and the mental body, (processing) and activate the causal body our personal Akashic records. Stones are the combination of all Earth energies. One of the reasons you are attracted to the ocean, mountains, and the red rocks of Sedona, Mt. Shasta, and the other great mountain beings are because you experience peace, healing, strengthening and spiritual upliftment from the stone nation. The stone kingdoms are eternal record keepers and healers. When you walk barefoot on the earth your immune system receives electrons. The Earth produces electrons that are antioxidants that reduce inflammation and swelling in the physical body. As you walk you discharge negative energy and receive healing, balancing and strength. Nature is the greatest healer of all. All stone people are healers, even the stones in your yard and the sand on the beach.
